Job Title: Sales Coordinator /Correspondence Executive
Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad
Experience: 2-3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handling client correspondence through emails and calls in a professional manner.
Preparing and managing quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and follow-up communications.
Coordinating with the sales and engineering teams for technical and commercial inputs.
Regular client follow-ups, order tracking, and status updates.
Maintaining records related to enquiries, orders, dispatches, and client databases.
Assisting in documentation related to billing, PO compliance, and internal reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel.
Strong email drafting and communication skills.
Good command over English (spoken & written).
Ability to handle client coordination and management professionally.
Basic understanding of industrial sales processes will be an added advantage.
