Job Title: Sales Coordinator / In side sales

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Sales Support & Order Coordination
• Coordinate with Sales Executives for Sales Orders (SO), Proforma Invoices, and quotations
• Enter, process, and manage sales orders in Zoho Books / ERP system
• Track order status from confirmation to dispatch and delivery
• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams for timely shipment of materials
2. Customer Communication & Follow-ups
• Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation
• Follow up with customers for Purchase Orders (POs), order confirmations, and clarifications
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues to the concerned department when required
3. Documentation & Compliance
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation including:
• Sales Orders
• Delivery Challans
• Tax Invoices
• Credit Notes / Debit Notes (as applicable)
• Ensure correct application of GST, HSN codes, pricing, discounts, and taxes
• Maintain proper documentation for imported products and branded materials
4. MIS & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS reports
• Track and report:
• Pending sales orders
• Dispatch and delivery status
• Customer outstanding balances (in coordination with Accounts)
• Provide data support to management for sales analysis, forecasting, and decision-making
5. Internal Coordination
• Coordinate with the Accounts Team for invoicing, credit limits, and payment follow-ups
• Coordinate with Purchase / Import Teams for product availability and lead times
• Support sales and marketing initiatives with data, reports, and execution assistance
