Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with sales teams, customers, and internal departments for smooth order processing.
• Experience handling IndiaMART and Justdial leads preferred.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales documents.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and order status.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS.
• Track leads, opportunities, and customer follow-ups.
• Support sales executives/managers with day-to-day coordination.
• Handle customer issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
