Key Responsibilities
1) Sales Support & Lead Management
- Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, website, referrals).
- Assign and track leads in CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate updates.
2) Client Coordination
- Explain services and pricing clearly.
- Coordinate with operations for driver deployment.
- Manage documentation, payments and client queries.
3) Sales Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Track key metrics like conversions and revenue.
