Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities.
- Handle sales enquiries, quotations, proposals, and order processing.
- Maintain and update sales records, MIS reports, client databases, and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal departments, and sales executives.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, pending orders, payments, and client requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance updates for management.
- Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, site visits, and client appointments.
- Ensure timely communication and documentation throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Interior / Building Materials will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience & industry standards
