Coordinate with builders, architects, contractors, developers, and project consultants for business opportunities.
Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Coordinate client meetings, presentations, site visits, quotations, and proposals.
Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical/sales team to provide suitable solutions.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, lead trackers, quotations, and MIS.
Follow up on ongoing projects, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
Identify new business opportunities through market visits, networking, and references.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain an updated database of builders, architects, contractors, developers, and project contacts.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Good knowledge of the real estate and construction industry.
Existing contacts with builders, architects, contractors, and developers will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
