Job Description – Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and organized Sales Coordinator to manage daily sales activities, coordinate with the sales team, handle customer inquiries, follow up with leads, maintain sales reports, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily sales activities.
- Assign and track leads among sales executives.
- Monitor follow-ups and conversion rates.
- Maintain daily and monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer queries and provide support.
- Coordinate with the telesales team.
- Achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
- Team management and coordination.
- Problem-solving and time management.
- Experience in sales or telesales preferred.
