Sales Coordinator / Executive

🔹 Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, coordinate with clients, and support business development activities in the Audio Visual (AV) integration domain.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn & databases

• Understand client requirements related to AV solutions (Video Conferencing, Display Solutions, Audio Systems, Control Systems, etc.)

• Coordinate with technical/pre-sales team for BOQs and proposals

• Follow up on quotations and close sales opportunities

• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline updates

• Schedule meetings for field sales team

• Build relationships with corporate clients, hotels, education institutes, and IT companies

🔹 Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of AV/IT products (Projectors, LED walls, VC systems, etc.) preferred

• Strong follow-up and closing ability

• CRM knowledge preferred

• Confident, presentable, and proactive attitude

🔹 KPIs:

• Lead conversion ratio

• Revenue target achievement

• Client follow-up efficiency

• Proposal turnaround time
