Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Phlebotomy & Sales Coordinator to manage phlebotomy operations, BTL health camps, client coordination, and sales activities in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and communication skills, experience in sales, and the ability to manage field teams and healthcare camp operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

• Manage and coordinate BTL health camps and ensure smooth execution of camp activities.

• Coordinate with clients for camp planning, scheduling, requirements, and operational support.

• Manage and monitor the phlebotomy team, including manpower deployment and daily operational activities.

• Maintain and track phlebotomist attendance and ensure adequate manpower availability at assigned locations.

• Coordinate with phlebotomists to ensure timely reporting and proper execution of sample collection activities.

• Identify and generate opportunities for new health camps in Jaipur through field visits, client interactions, and business development activities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Support sales activities and lead generation to achieve assigned business targets.

• Coordinate between clients, phlebotomists, operations, and management for smooth service delivery.

• Monitor camp performance and ensure adherence to operational and service quality standards.

• Prepare regular reports related to camp activities, attendance, client requirements, and sales performance.

• Resolve operational issues and client concerns promptly and escalate critical matters to management.

• Ensure proper coordination and follow-up for new and existing camp requirements.

Key Skills Required

• Previous sales experience is mandatory/preferred.

• Experience in healthcare operations, phlebotomy coordination, or BTL camp management will be an advantage.

• Strong client handling and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Good knowledge of Jaipur local market and healthcare/diagnostic ecosystem.

• Ability to manage field teams and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.

• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

• Willingness to travel locally within Jaipur for client meetings and camp coordination.

• Number of BTL camps successfully coordinated.

• New camps generated and converted in Jaipur.
