Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Sales team as Sales Interns.This internship is a great opportunity for those who want to gain hands-on experience in sales,customer engagement, and the education sector. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our Business Development Executives and Sales team to help potential students learn about online UG/PG/MBA programs and the offerings of College Gyan.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in conducting outbound calls to potential customers from a curated list, focusing on online UG/PG/MBA programs.
2. Introduce and explain the benefits of College Gyan’s services and educational offerings to prospective students.
3. Engage with prospective students to understand their needs and recommend the best courses tailored to them.
4.Support the sales team in addressing customer queries and concerns in a friendly and
professional manner.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
6. Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
7. Follow up with leads who have shown interest in our programs but have not yet enrolled.
8. Stay updated with the latest education trends, College Gyan’s offerings, and the competitive landscape.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
10. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
1. Freshers or students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
2.Strong interest in the education sector and sales.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
5. Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
6. Adaptable and professional in handling rejections and objections.
7. Basic knowledge of online education and UG/PG/MBA programs is a plus, but not
mandatory.
8. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
