We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our team at at Ambience airtech pvt ltd. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and closures.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Handle customer inquiries and share product/service information.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Maintain and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and client databases.
Communicate with internal departments (operations, finance, support) to facilitate order processing.
Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-up calls for sales executives.
Support the sales manager in monthly/quarterly forecasting.
Ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve customer issues with coordination.
Handle basic administrative work related to sales operations.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
