Job Description – Sales Coordinator
Position: Sales Coordinator
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Understand client requirements and gather all necessary details.
Share client requirements with the Directors in a timely manner.
Schedule meetings between clients and the Directors.
Follow up with clients regarding meetings and updates.
Maintain client records and update the CRM or Excel sheets.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and the management team.
Support the sales team with coordination and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (local language is an added advantage).
Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word ) and email communication.
Ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently.
Positive attitude, professional behavior, and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
