Auro Engineering Company is looking for a proactive, organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, follow-ups and coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through calls, emails and WhatsApp.

- Prepare and send accurate quotations, offers, proforma invoices and other sales documents.

- Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries, follow-ups and order closures.

- Maintain and regularly update records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer information.

- Follow up with customers for quotations, Purchase Orders, payments and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with Engineering/Design, Production, Purchase, Dispatch and Accounts for smooth execution of customer orders.

- Track order progress and provide timely updates to customers.

- Assist the sales team in maintaining existing customer relationships and generating repeat business.

- Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate Excel/CRM records.

- Ensure timely communication and documentation throughout the sales cycle.

- Strong customer-service and relationship-management skills.

- Good follow-up, coordination and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Email.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quotations and documentation.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines.

- Professional telephone etiquette.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
