Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to develop business opportunities in the fly ash, power, and cement industries. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with industrial clients, identifying new markets, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in the fly ash, power, and cement sectors.

• Generate leads and establish relationships with cement plants, power plants, construction companies, infrastructure firms, and industrial clients.

• Promote and sell relevant products and solutions to business customers.

• Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product offerings.

• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales presentations.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, delivery, and customer support.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a relevant field preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, or business development will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of the fly ash, power, cement, construction, or infrastructure industries is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Ability to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and close sales.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience selling to cement plants, power plants, infrastructure companies, or industrial customers will be preferred.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Proactive, confident, and customer-focused approach.

Salary and Employment Details

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
