Job description-Sales Co-ordinator
Candidate must have
Good communication skill
Active and presentable attitude
Sales co-ordination experience must
Handling students at coaching/training centres or front desk experienced candidates will be given preference
Responsibilities for handling front desk:
· To attend the inquiries, explain the program & convert them into enrolments
· Inquiries can be in the form of walk-ins, incoming calls & outgoing calls
· Regular follow-ups with the prospects and renewals to be done
· Ensure the applications are filled in with accurate details
· Creating profiles and managing their daily reports
· Working in co-ordination with the entire team to ensure smooth flow of operations
· All protocols to be followed as per the guidelines
· Customer interaction and Client Servicing.
