Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client communication, order processing, and daily coordination. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background with a flair for communication, follow-ups, and customer handling.

• Contact prospective clients through call/email/WhatsApp

• Handle client inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation

• Follow up on pending payments and documentation

• Communicate professionally with customers and resolve queries efficiently

• Share Company Profile Marketing Campaign with prospective clients

• Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

  Female candidate with an engineering background (any stream)

  6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or support role

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently with Team

  Knowledge of LinkedIn

Any Graduate in Engineering shall be Preferred
