JOB DESCRIPTION – KANNADA SALES COORDINATOR

Prefab / UPVC Doors & Windows Division | Tambaram, Chennai

Position: Sales Coordinator
Department: Sales – Prefab / UPVC Doors & Windows Division
Work Location: Tambaram, Chennai
Experience: Fresher or up to 6 months of relevant experience
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Prefab / UPVC Doors & Windows Division by coordinating with customers, the sales team, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic MS Office knowledge, and the ability to prepare emails and maintain sales-related records accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding enquiries, requirements, quotations and order status.

• Follow up with customers for required information and provide updates on order progress.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer details and follow-up records in Excel.

• Draft and send professional emails to customers and internal teams.

• Prepare basic documents, letters and reports using MS Word.

• Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of customer requirements.

• Follow up with the sales team on pending enquiries and customer responses.

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.

• Ensure timely communication of customer requirements to the concerned team.

• Perform other sales coordination and office support activities as assigned.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially:

  • MS Word

  • MS Excel

  • Email drafting and communication

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to maintain records and follow up systematically.

• Basic understanding of office documentation and data entry.

• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn about Prefab and UPVC Doors & Windows products and sales processes.

Language Requirements

• Tamil / Kannada – Must

• English – Must

• Hindi / Telugu or other languages – Added advantage

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Diploma holder preferred.

• Freshers can apply.

• Candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience may also apply.

• Candidates should be from Tambaram or nearby areas.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
