About the Company

TruCut Precision Tools Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of precision carbide cutting tools serving the automotive, aerospace, die & mould, and general engineering industries. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records.

• Update and maintain CRM/customer databases.

• Coordinate with field sales engineers regarding customer requirements.

• Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred).

• 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is an added advantage.

Salary
