Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Coordinator to support and drive sales operations within our IT solutions business. The role involves coordinating with sales teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth sales processes, timely documentation, and effective follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, IT sales exposure, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to support ongoing deals
Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, BOQs, and pricing coordination
Liaise with OEMs, distributors, and vendors for pricing, availability, and approvals
Track leads, opportunities, and closures through CRM or internal trackers
Support sales team with order processing, PO management, and invoicing coordination
Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and MIS for management review
Follow up with clients on proposals, documentation, and payment status
Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and timelines
Assist in tender documentation and partner registrations (where applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–10 years of experience in IT Sales Coordination / IT Sales Support
Strong understanding of IT products & services such as:
IT Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking)
Cloud Solutions
Cyber Security
Software Licensing (Microsoft, OEMs, etc.)
Experience working with System Integrators / IT Services companies preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines
Preferred Attributes
Vendor management and OEM coordination experience
Exposure to enterprise or B2B IT sales cycles
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
