Key Responsibilities and Duties
Sales Support: Actively support the sales team in achieving targets by handling daily administrative tasks, such as processing orders, updating CRM records, and preparing sales contracts.
Customer Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates to maintain high customer satisfaction

Reporting & Data Management: Generate weekly, monthly, or annual sales reports to monitor performance and maintain accuracy in sales databases (e.g., Salesforce, Excel).
Logistics & Scheduling: Manage calendars for sales team members, coordinate meetings, and liaise with other departments (like shipping or marketing) to ensure smooth operations.
Process Coordination: Assist in implementing sales cycles, tracking leads, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer-facing role is often required.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook), and order management systems.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
Organization: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education: A high school diploma is generally required, with bachelor’s degrees often preferred.
