Track order status and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and MIS data.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Coordinate sample dispatches, product specifications, and documentation.

Assist in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.

Identify potential business opportunities through market research and lead generation.

Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, customer visits, and promotional activities.

Work closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.

Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring timely closure.

Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and customer communications.

Perform other sales and marketing support activities as assigned.
