Job Title: Backend Sales Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Sales Executive to support our sales operations. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing sales orders, and assisting walk-in customers at our office. This is a non-field role, ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and patience.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
Handle customer inquiries received via IndiaMART and other channels
Assist and engage with walk-in customers professionally
Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Provide timely responses and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and a customer-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries efficiently
Training:
6 months of On-the-Job Training (OJT) will be provided to help you understand the role and processes thoroughly
