Job location:- Gala No. B3/B4, Shree Rajlaxmi Commercial Complex, Rajlaxmi Complex, Kalher, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra 421302

Position:- Sales Coordinator- Export

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to any queries / quote requests from customers

• Securing orders by doing necessary follow-ups

• Guiding and monitoring the "Sales Support Executive" to get operational work done accurately

• Understanding customers deeply to strengthen customer relationship quality

• Studying customer websites & product portfolios

• Reviewing sales patterns to identifying declining or stopped products and understanding buying patterns

• Identify new products, opportunities, and cross-selling items

Requirement:

• B. Com with 2-7+ years’ experience of dealing in engineering / industrial products, similar role.

• Strong communication (Writing emails / communicating with internal team)

• Good analytical thinking (Data analysis – Sales trend)

• Ability to study existing customers’ product portfolios and identify additional products which can be offered to customers

• Ability to guide support team members to get the orders executed on time

• Capable of presenting product details and customer reports clearly to management.
