Job Description – Site Supervisor & Sales Coordinator

Location: Hafeezpet

We are hiring a Site Supervisor & Sales Coordinator for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for handling office operations, coordinating with walk-in customers, and supporting lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily office/site activities and ensure smooth operations.
Explain project details and offers to walk-in customers.
Visit nearby offices and locations for lead generation and business promotion activities.
Coordinate customer follow-ups and arrange site visits.
Maintain customer data and update lead records regularly.
Support the sales team in client coordination and documentation.

Requirements:

0 to 1 year of experience in real estate sales, site coordination, or customer handling is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales coordination and customer follow-up.
Willingness to travel locally for lead generation activities.
Must be presentable, active, and responsible.
