Position Summary:
Omega QMS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Marketing
Coordinator to support our outreach initiatives and strengthen client engagement.
This role involves engaging with both domestic and global corporations and offers a
unique opportunity to work closely with top-tier industry associations and foreign
chambers of commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and follow-ups
Identify and connect with decision-makers in corporate and legal firms
Conduct targeted data mining and market research for lead generation
Draft and send professional email campaigns and follow-up messages
Plan and coordinate corporate events, seminars, and trade show participation
Build relationships with industry associations and foreign chambers
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client interaction records
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine outreach
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
7–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client engagement
Exposure to working with industry associations and foreign chambers is a
strong asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Experience with digital marketing platforms is preferred
