KRAs
- Preparation of accurate and timely sales quotations
- Coordination with OEMs to obtain pricing and negotiate commercial terms
- Verification of client Purchase Orders for accuracy and compliance
- Order punching and processing in ERP/system
- Sharing Purchase Orders with OEMs and obtaining confirmations
- Follow-up on order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines
- Maintaining sales documentation, MIS, and records
Technical
- Experience in quotation preparation and order processing
- OEM price coordination and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
- Understanding of sales documents such as PO, invoices, and delivery schedules Behavioral/Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good negotiation and follow-up abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and proactive approach
Qualification/Certification
Graduate in any discipline
Experience
1 to 2 years of relevant experience
