Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the Sales Coordination team to achieve departmental goals.
Allocate and monitor customer inquiries and sales leads among team members.
Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Purchase, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for smooth order processing.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and customer response time.
Review daily sales reports, lead status, pending inquiries, and order updates.
Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
