We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our team at at Micro Access Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Function as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients

  · Undertake the tasks of receiving calls and mail, take messages, and routing correspondence

  · Handle requests and queries appropriately

  · Prepare Quotation, orders and follow CRM process and update regular.

  · Maintain a diary, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders

  · prepare customer quotes and submit timely

  · Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers

  · Produce reports, presentations, and briefs

  · Follow up with the customer on submitting the proposal.

  · Customer feedback on services.

  · Coordination between all Purchase Executive and sales executives/ BDM/ Director

  · prepare everyday outstanding and make arrangement of collection

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
