Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in daily operations, handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, coordinate orders, and maintain sales records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and sales documents.

• Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and deliveries.

• Follow up with clients on quotations and pending orders.

• Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams.

• Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and records.

• Assist the sales team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

• Experience in sales coordination or a similar role will be preferred.
