We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our team . The role involves managing coordination & communication with sales team, collecting sales data, preparing MIS, preparing quotations, attending customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to product. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales team and collect sales data, prepare MIS report on Sales.
Prepare proposals, quotations based upon inquires.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.
Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.
