Job Summary:

This role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience, who possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and familiarity with online portals and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Update and manage online portals and social media channels to enhance engagement and visibility.
- Collaborate with various teams to support operational efficiency and workflow.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating procurement activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Support the planning and execution of events and special projects.
