Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients via cold calls, emails, research, and networking.

• Sales Cycle Management: Guide prospects from initial contact through demos, presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong ties with existing clients, address issues, and find new opportunities.

• Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge to present solutions and overcome objections.

• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.

• Reporting & CRM: Keep accurate records and provide regular reports using CRM tools.

• Collaboration: Work with marketing and technical teams to align strategies and support clients.

• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Negotiation: Strong ability to close deals.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport and maintain relationships.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

• Experience: Proven track record in sales (B2B/B2C), customer service, or related fields.
