Position: Female Sales Coordinator
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to manage student admissions, sales activities, and resident relationships across our hostel and premium living units. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales orientation, and the ability to manage leads efficiently while ensuring excellent resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Telecalling & Lead Management
Handle outbound and inbound calls for admission inquiries.
Provide detailed information regarding hostel facilities, amenities, and pricing.
Maintain and update lead data in Google Sheets and CRM systems.
Ensure timely follow-ups and professional communication with prospective residents.
2. Admissions & Sales Coordination
Manage admission processes and documentation.
Track leads and prepare daily sales activity reports.
Maintain admission, occupancy, and exit records.
Follow up on online applications and convert leads into admissions.
3. Financial Coordination
Ensure timely fee collection and booking updates.
Coordinate security deposit refunds and No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
Maintain accuracy in payment and booking records.
4. Resident Engagement & Support
Coordinate onboarding for new residents.
Organize resident engagement activities and events.
Address resident concerns and ensure quick grievance resolution.
Support resident retention initiatives and maintain discipline standards.
5. Facility & Inventory Coordination
Monitor occupancy and vacancy updates.
Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for issue resolution.
Ensure smooth functioning of resident management applications and systems.
6. Marketing & Branding
Monitor online reviews and ratings.
Support branding and promotional activities.
Implement local marketing initiatives to improve occupancy.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Generate monthly MIS and sales reports.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of student/resident records.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified leads generated
Follow-up efficiency and outbound calls
Lead-to-admission conversion ratio
Achievement of sales targets
Database accuracy and reporting
Resident satisfaction and retention
Candidate Requirements
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
(Telugu and Malayalam will be an added advantage)
Prior experience in student housing, admissions, or sales coordination preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work during weekends in peak admission seasons
Proactive attitude with good coordination and multitasking abilities
Candidates residing within a 10 km radius will be preferred
