Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Government Business with strong exposure to Government procurement and healthcare tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Government sales and tendering processes

• Develop and manage relationships with Government departments and officials

• Coordinate meetings with senior Government officers, including IAS-level officials

• Identify, pursue, and close Government orders and contracts

• Track tenders on GeM and other Government portals

• Coordinate internally for documentation, compliance, and execution of orders

• andidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Government sales, preferably in the healthcare/medical sector

  • Strong understanding of Government procurement systems (GeM, tenders, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and travel as required

  Preferred Background:

  • Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, health equipment, or public health programs

  • Prior interaction with Government departments such as Health, WCD, NHM, or similar
