We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be the backbone of our Sales Department. The role involves coordination between Sales, Production, Logistics & Accounts to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Order Management & Processing
• Receive and process orders from Dealers, Distributors & Sales Team.
• Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices, and Sales Orders.
• Ensure accurate pricing as per PV, Discount Schemes, and approvals.
• Coordinate with Production & Stores for material availability and dispatch planning.
2. Sales Team Support
• Daily coordination with field Sales Executives and Area Managers.
• Provide sales reports, pending order status, and stock statements.
• Assist in achieving monthly closing targets.
• Maintain customer database and follow-up sheet.
3. Customer & Dealer Coordination
• Handle dealer/distributor queries via phone/email regarding orders, billing, delivery.
• Share dispatch details, LR, E-way bills, and invoices.
• Handle complaints and escalate to concerned departments.
4. Billing & Documentation
• Coordination with Accounts for timely billing and ledger reconciliation.
• Ensure all sales documents – PO, GST, Challans, etc. are in place.
• Manage Price List, Scheme circulars, and communicate to team.
5. MIS & Reporting
• Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Reports.
• Track monthly targets vs achievements.
• Maintain MIS for Sales, Collections, and Outstanding.
Skills & Requirements:
• 2-5 years experience as Sales Coordinator / Inside
