Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Coordinator supports the retail sales team by coordinating daily sales activities, maintaining sales records, following up with stores/customers, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, inventory, and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily retail sales activities and support sales executives
Maintain sales reports, invoices, orders, and customer records
Follow up with retail stores/customers for orders, payments, and deliveries
Track stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/store teams
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
Ensure proper documentation
