Hiring: Sales Coordinator (Reception & Social Media Handling)

Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Preferably candidates residing nearby the office location
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Marital Status: Married Candidates Preferred
Experience: 3 to 6+ Years in Sales Coordination / Customer Handling / Lead Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage front office and reception activities professionally.

• Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries.

• Manage and respond to leads generated through platforms such as Justdial, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and customer requirements.

• Maintain lead records, customer databases, and daily follow-up reports.

• Handle social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

• Support management with sales-related administrative activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of Hindi and basic English.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and online lead generation portals.

• Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

• Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

• Performance Incentive:

  • On achieving ₹4,00,000+ monthly sales target, an additional incentive of ₹3,000 will be provided.

  • Candidates exceeding the target significantly will be eligible for higher incentive earnings based on performance.
