We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our team at DIVYA PADMA INFOSYSTEM LLP. It is looking for a smart, organized, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing leads, coordinating with customers, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding daily sales activities.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with new and existing leads to ensure timely responses.
Maintain and update customer data, CRM, and sales records.
Schedule meetings, client appointments, and follow-up calls for the sales team.
Track sales progress and assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
Resolve customer queries by coordinating with the concerned departments.
Job Requirements:
• 0–3 Years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Telecalling, Back Office Sales, or similar roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
