Designation: Sales Coordinator
Location : Malad (West), Mumbai
Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales Coordination or a related field A fresher is also fine.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers via phone calls, emails, and chats.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

• Graduation or Master’s degree is required.

• knowledge of AI tools.

  Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team and ensure smooth execution of end-to-end sales processes.

• Prepare and maintain sales orders, work orders, quotations, and other related documentation.

• Manage sales orders from receipt through execution, ensuring timely processing and coordination with vendors.

• Coordinate dispatch planning, scheduling, and logistics to meet customer delivery commitments.

• Monitor and update sales order status, manage inventory levels, and analyse performance metrics.

• Provide effective customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
