Sales Co-ordinator

Receipt and acknowledgement of orders received from the customers via E mail/WhatsApp/SMS/print and forwarding it to the concerned department.

Punching Customer Sales Orders on Company's ERP Software and sharing ERP generated: quotation to customers/Sales Team members.

Sales Orders related coordination with internal team members.

Analyzing & reviewing inventory levels of various products across multiple warehouses & suggesting optimal inventory levels according to the product movement & desired service levels.

Updating Minimum Stock Field of products in the ERP as & when suggested by management. Making entries w.r.t.

Goods Returned by customers in the ERP as per Management's instructions. & key benefits. Providing demo of Distributor Portal to existing/prospect distributors explaining its features Providing training & support to the users of Distributor Portal.

Reviewing system generated orders/manual orders submitted by the users of Distributor 1 portal as per company's guidelines.

Uploading Cancellation lists & Flagging products discontinued in the Distributor Portal. Maintenance of required documents, reports, quotations.

Handling enquiries from new clients & existing customers and coordinating with multiple teams for closures.

Handling all incoming calls and transferring to the concerned person. Handling in coming e-mails and forwarding them to the concerned person/department.

Maintaining all incoming couriers with proper records and handing them over to the concerned person/department.

Handling all outgoing couriers with proper records and tracking them till the time of delivery and updating delivery status to the concerned person/department.

Handling visitors in the head office Drafting letters/emails/reports. Compiling attendance of field team through Real-time Software, SMS and WhatsApp mode.

Maintaining adequate stock of office stationery/other consumable items in the office. Perform any other support task as and when assigned by team members.

Requirements / Eligibility criteria

Education: Graduate (preferably in Commerce)

Computer/IT course related to Data Analysis & Data Visualization

Experience: Minimum 3 years Skills:

1. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)

2. Advanced excel skills (Lookup, pivot, charts)

3. Multi-tasking ablities

4.Strong inter-personal skills
