Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with production and dispatch, and ensuring smooth order execution from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer enquiries and RFQs
Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and order confirmations
Coordinate with production, PPC, and dispatch teams for order status
Maintain sales records, customer data, and MIS reports
Assist sales engineers with documentation and client communication
Handle purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules
Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order progress
Support after-sales coordination and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma (Mechanical preferred)
2–5 years experience in manufacturing / rubber industry preferred
Basic knowledge of rubber machinery or industrial products
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and email communication
