Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through telephone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.-

• Provide information regarding product pricing, & other details as per customer queries.

• Prepare and Send quotation to customers on email / whatsapp

• Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries. Follow up for conversion of quotations into orders.

• Maintain proper records of customer communication and follow-ups.Update details in CRM.

• Prepare proforma invoices wherever required.

• Dispatch & logistic co-ordination

• Accounts Co-ordinations

• Receive and process purchase orders from customers

• Track pending and completed orders.

• Keep Track of Sales team.

• Send out introductory emails and profiles to new customers.

• Reach out to inactive customers.

• Other general work to support the sales process of the company

• Optional Requirements If Known Better.

Requirements

Excellent Communication Skill

Working knowledge of MS Office, Email, whatsapp

Should know Hindi, Marathi & English

If worked on b2b apps like Indiamart - will be good.

If experienced from an Industrial company - will be good.
