We are expanding our team and looking for a Sales Coordinator who can support the sales team with lead tracking, demo coordination, and sales process management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule product demos and client meetings
Track incoming leads and maintain accurate data in CRM
Follow up with prospects regarding proposals, demos, and documentation
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and client communication documents
Ensure proper coordination between prospects and the sales team
Maintain sales reports, pipeline status, and activity records
Assist the team in ensuring timely follow-ups and deal progression
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Inside Sales
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and sales documentation
Proactive and detail-oriented approach
Preferred Skills
Experience in SaaS / CRM / technology companies
Experience supporting B2B sales teams
Familiarity with lead management and sales pipeline tracking
