1. Sales Associate / Membership Consultant (12 Positions)

Locations:

• 4 Positions – Andheri West

• 4 Positions – Worli

• 4 Positions – Marine Drive

Compensation:

• ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

• Attractive performance incentives

Work Schedule:

• 6 Days Working

• 1 Rotational Weekly Off

• Rotational Shifts:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)

• Presentable and professional personality

• Comfortable with outbound calling (50–60 calls/day)

• Sales-oriented mindset

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email, etc.)

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Preferred Backgrounds:

• Premium fitness studios/gyms

• Luxury wellness & beauty clinics (VLCC, Kaya, Ageless, etc.)

• Hotels and premium retail stores

• Equipment companies

• BPO/Call Center professionals with strong communication and sales skills
