Global Edu Crew is seeking motivated, results-oriented Sales Associates to drive delegate registrations for its flagship education events.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and convert prospective delegates through outbound outreach and inbound leads.
Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
Present event value propositions to professionals, institutions, and organisations across geographies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly delegate registration targets.
Coordinate with the events operations team on delegate onboarding, communications, and pre-event logistics.
Handle delegate queries, objections, and escalations professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat engagement.
Prepare sales forecasts and weekly pipeline reports for the sales leadership team.
Skills Required
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales targets effectively.
A proactive, customer-focused approach.
Preferred Experience: 1–2 years in sales or business development.
Candidates with strong communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
