Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Service Engineer

Trainee to join our team. This role involves a combination of field sales activities,

client interactions, product demonstrations, installation support,

troubleshooting, and after-sales service. The ideal candidate should be

proactive, technically inclined, confident, and capable of understanding

customer requirements while providing suitable technical and business

solutions.

Eligibility

• Pursuing final semester or completed B.Tech / B.E./ Diploma

(Polytechnic) or any other relevant qualification

• Male candidates Only (Due to field responsibilities and travel

requirements)

• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required

Skill Requirement

• Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability

• Customer relationship management skills

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Willingness to travel for client visits and field activities

• Ability to handle field sales and after-sales service activit Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and field

visits

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential

clients

• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate products and

digital solutions

• Conduct product demonstrations and support customer onboarding

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and servicing of equipment at

client sites

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets

• Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and customer

engagement programs

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support, and

accounts) to ensure smooth order execution

• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and support the

technical team

• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights

• Travel to customer locations as required

Remuneration

• Training Stipend: (₹15,000) per month

• Post-Training Salary: Upto ₹25,000/month (In-hand) + Incentives
