Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Resume Hubs. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and other channels.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

• Conduct sales presentations and explain product/service benefits to clients.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful business opportunities.

• Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Monitor market and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

• Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team regarding sales activities and market requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Above.

• 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
