Role Overview: The Retention Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to reduce customer attrition, strengthen loyalty, and maximize long‑term business growth. This role requires a blend of customer relationship management, data analysis, and team leadership to ensure continuity of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee customer retention strategies to minimize churn and enhance loyalty.

• Manage a team of retention specialists, ensuring effective handling of cancellation requests and customer concerns.

• Design and implement retention campaigns across multiple channels (calls, emails, SMS).

• Analyze customer feedback and churn data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

• Develop and monitor win‑back programs to re‑engage lost customers.

• Collaborate with CRM and lifecycle teams to align retention initiatives with organizational goals.

• Provide periodic reports to senior management on retention metrics, campaign performance, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and consumer protection regulations in all retention activities.
