Relationship Manager - Retail Target Achievement (Sales & Volume): Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for home loan disbursals and total loan volume sanctioned. [ 1 ] Lead Generation & Sourcing: Prospect and source new home loan business through open markets, builder tie-ups, direct selling, and channel partners (like DSAs or real estate agents). [ 1 , 2 ] Conversion Efficiency: Maintain high conversion ratios from lead-to-login and login-to-disbursement, updating lead statuses accurately in the CRM system. [ 1 , 2 ] File Processing & Verification: Conduct initial eligibility profiling, collect and verify customer financial/property documents, and coordinate with the credit and operations teams for quick sanction and disbursement. [ 1 , 2 ] Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong networks with builders, real estate developers, and existing clients to generate referrals and repeat business. [ 1 ] Compliance & Portfolio Health: Ensure adherence to company credit policies, regulatory compliance guidelines, and maintain low delinquency or early default rates on sourced loans
