Relationship Manager - Retail Core KRAs for a Home Loan Sales Officer Sales and Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly and annual loan sanction and disbursement targets. Drive new lead generation through market mapping, cold calling, and field visits. Cross-sell related financial products like insurance or property-related loans. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ] Channel and Relationship Management Build networks with real estate builders, developers, and channel partners/DSAs (Direct Selling Agents). Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ] Loan Processing and Coordination Conduct initial credit checks, eligibility assessments, and document verification. Coordinate smoothly with underwriting, risk, and legal teams to expedite file approvals. Follow up on customer files through final disbursement. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ] Customer Service and Compliance Guide applicants through terms, conditions, and repayment structures clearly. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly. Ensure adherence to company lending policies, regulations, and KYC guideline
